Willowbank Raceway is a magnificent open air venue located in Willowbank, QLD. Patrons are encouraged to bring a camp chair to the event. All areas of this venue have view of the stage. *Camping is not available for this event.
This is a COVID Safe Event operating under a COVID Safe Event Plan approved by Queensland Health.
It is imperative you maintain physical distancing at ALL times.
The event precinct will be marked out to assist you to stay within your social groups and maintain physical distancing.
The front of the stage has a defined dance area marked out. It is imperative you maintain physical distancing while dancing.
Please follow ALL instructions provided to you by event staff and security. We want you to enjoy the event and remain COVID Safe.
There will be sanitising stations throughout the venue, and we encourage patrons to use these frequently.
COVID Safe Marshals will be present throughout the event, wearing high visibility vests. They can assist you to find handwashing stations, drinking water and sanitiser stations.
Areas where crowds build – such as the bar and food vendors – will have floor markings to assist with maintaining physical distancing.

The event will be produced in accordance with the Queensland Government Health Guidelines. Please check back to the website regularly for updates. Trip The Switch organisers are in regular communication with local and state government health departments and we are 100% committed to providing you with a Covid Safe Event.
For contact tracing purposes all patrons entering the event must scan our QR code and sign in. All patrons must follow the Covid Safe Plan for this event. Prominent signage, Security and Covid Marshals will feature throughout the site. All patrons will receive an email / sms in the week leading up to the event linking you to our Covid Safe procedures and event rules / regulations.
General Admission tickets are $119.90 including booking and credit fees. Transaction fees may apply. Patrons with General Admission tickets will receive access to the main lawn area, where unreserved seating is available (BYO Camp Chair – *Camping is not available for this event.).
* This event was originally scheduled for Saturday 27 February 2021 and had to unfortunately be rescheduled to the new date of Saturday 3 July 2021 due to Queensland Health Covid-19 border restrictions. All existing tickets are automatically valid for the new date. Ticketmaster will be in contact with all ticket holders in relation to this rescheduled event.
PARKING
Ample parking is available on site at a fee of $10 per vehicle. No pre-booking required, payable on the day. Please contact Willowbank Raceway for any further details. NOTE: Traffic in and out of this venue will be heavy, so please plan with this in mind.
BUS SERVICE
A dedicated bus service on the day of TRIP THE SWITCH will be running between IPSWICH RAILWAY STATION and WILLOWBANK RACEWAY.

You may bring to this event: Camp Chair, Small Picnic Rug, Sealed Still Bottled Water (not carbonated), Small cooler bag containing snacks (chips, crackers, fruit, cheese etc), Rain Poncho, Non Professional Camera. It is also advised to bring a wide brimmed hat and sunscreen to the event.
Items strictly prohibited from entry: Alcohol, Soft Drink & Non Alcoholic Beverages (apart from sealed still bottled water) Food (apart from small snacks such as crisps, crackers, cheese, fruit. Small cooler bags are ok but no large esky’s or carts), Umbrellas, Glass, Metal Cutlery, Pets, Tables, Professional Cameras, Shade Structures, Tents, Offensive Clothing, MC Club Attire, Bicycles, Scooters, Food Dye.
This event will have a large range of food available for purchase, and includes menu items for intolerances and vegetarian / vegan patrons. You are permitted to bring in some snacks – chips, crackers, cheese, fruit etc, in a small cooler bag. No large esky’s or carts will be permitted.
A public bar will also operate for the event duration offering a range of Beer, Wine, Cider, Spirits and Non Alcoholic Beverages.
*PLEASE NOTE: Food Vendors have already been allocated for TRIP THE SWITCH 2021.
TRIP THE SWITCH Music Festival is independent to Willowbank Raceway. We are contracting Willowbank Raceway to use their venue for this event. With regards to Life Pass Holders, you would need to contact Willowbank Raceway in relation to any agreements you have with the venue.
